Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of various marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
- Technical skills (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Creative problem-solving abilities
